Mango Shea Butter

I love the moisture and smell.

I have very dry skin during winter and this has helped me tremendously. I’ve told few of my friends about it and they bought it. The only difficult thing is spreading it so what I do Is I put the jar in a small bucket of hot water so it melts a little until I finish my shower. The smell is not so great but it’s ok because what matters is how soft my skin is afterwards.

Unrefined All Natural Shea Butter is already the best moisturizer you can use directly on your skin, or to make Body Butter’s etc. But, what truly makes this seller “Sky Organic’s” stand out, is there packaging of the product (at bulk quantities such as 1lb.) in an airtight jar. And at a really great price! Other companies send bulk amounts in a 1lb Brick inside a plastic bag. Eventually the brick of Shea Butter melts and that bag behind a Hot Mess! I am in no way affiliated w/ the seller, just appreciate what they e done!

I Like this shea butter much more than the kind I had been using. I like that it's stiffer than my old kind, yet it melts quite easily as soon as you start rubbing it into your hands or wherever you want to put it. It's also not at all gritty, absorbs into the skin quickly and doesn't leave me feeling greasy. The scent is pleasant and certainly not overpowering. I will definitely buy this brand again. I'm very glad I ordered it. Even though it's quite a bit cheaper than many others, the quality is excellent. I'm very pleased!

I initially stated that I didn't know what happened as the product seemed different then before. I realized that this time I got the raw version abd found on another post that you have to melt those kind, put in freezer until it solidifies, and then it will be a smooth texture and gratefully, they were right! It now looked and felt like the 1st one I bought! With that said, this is a great product! I am ordering again!

This is what it says it is. Solid when at room temp and melts with skin heat. Smells like shea should smell. I have fair, sensitive and oily skin. I love this stuff! At night I apply a small pea size amount to the palm of my hand to heat and soften. Then apply to my face, it has helped to add moisture to my skin so less oilyness through out my day.

I have oily / combo / acne-prone / sensitive skin. I’ve tried products from drugstores to high end brands specifically for my complicated skin but the only results I was getting were clogged pores, painful pimples, dry patches & MORE OIL! I completely gave up until I started my natural skincare routine and let me tell you my skin has never been so clear. Since I’ve added Shea butter as my moisturizer I’ve noticed my old acne scars are starting to fade, acne free, pores are clear and smaller & my skin is glowing. if you have similar skin issues like me I seriously recommend

The butter smells amazing but I just wanted more of a raw shea. Not a bad option if you liked refined shea just not for me.

Arrived on time well packed. I opened the jar and the smell was different than I thought it would be. Not bad, just different. I put some on my hands and the smell vanished quickly and is not overwhelming. I am sensitive to a lot of scents so that would be a big deal to me. Warms up in hand and will glide on. Nice on skin and doesn't feel thick and greasy. Not gritty at all

I love this Shea butter! I use it after shaving, after steaming, after shower and before I go to bed. I use it all the time! Great penetration and moisturizer for the skin. Great addition to my moisturizer collection!

I received this tub of Shea Butter yesterday and tried it this morning. So far, so good. The scent is nutty and apparently good enough for our beagle to come sniffing around and lick my leg. It arrived in great condition and solid even in the late-afternoon heat. I had to warm it up a bit between my fingers and palm. I don't think you'll have this issue if you live in a warmer climate. If I recall, the price for this amount of shea butter seemed a good value. I'm hopeful that using this will help get rid of some acne scars. I read somewhere that butters or creams are better at retaining moisture than lotions. I particularly like that the ingredients are organic and does not come with predetermined essential oils. The flexibility to add your own if you want is great. Will update after some more use. First impressions though … very good. Oh, I love that the business owner sends you a PDF of recipes for DIY Shea butter; a nice bonus!

Easy to spread once heated but takes quite a while to absorb into dry skin. I can’t just take a shower, put on the moisturizer and then my clothes if I don’t want my clothes sticking. Smell is mild but not incredibly pleasant. It doesn’t bother me but my kids and hubby say it stinks.

I have been using this item for several years now. It is the best moisturizer out there.

It's an alright body butter was hoping for something stronger...

Very moisturizing, thick Shea butter. It takes a long time to apply and rub in. But then again consistency isn’t manipulated in the lab. If you want easy to spread, this isn’t your choice. Really has improved skin on my lower legs. Anti inflammatory. I like it.

I really enjoy this product, but omg the smell is weird. Don't get me wrong thats how good raw shea butter is supposed to smell but i didn't know that before purchasing. Its a nutty, woody smell and it goes away once applied to skin or hair. But it shocked me at first, but overall its an amazing product and I recommened

I have searched and searched, spent buckets of money trying to find a decent cream for my very dry hands. My search is over !! I've just rec'd Shea Butter by Sky and I've already seen a big improvement in 7 days I've used it. The dry,;Sahara appearance has diminished significantly. I just rub in a quarter size dollop at night before bed. It soaks in quickly, and that's it. If I used it other times of the day, improvement would be greater and faster and I may get around to that. For now, just letting it do it's magic over night is a wonderous thing !!!

I was shocked that I liked this as much as I do. First the smell is amazing and last on the skin, when you first put it on the smell is pretty strong but not over powering then when it settles is light and fresh. The consistency is vary nice and pretty thick but rubs in nicely the first few seconds its slightly tacky to the touch but last only like a minute and then your skin feels really soft.

This is such a hydrating, non-greasy body lotion. It soaks right into the skin and leaves it feeling silky smooth. The scent is very soft and pleasant and not overly scented. Will def re-purchase once Im done.

I received my order yesterday and last night I used the Shea Butter as a night cream. I bought the Shea Butter because I am having trouble with my face drying out from a new face wash I tried. This morning my face felt much softer and no longer felt dry. I had trouble with my upper lip chapping and the Shea Butter helped it considerably. So far, I am very pleased and can't wait to see the results of using the Shea Butter each night as a night cream.

This is my kind of Shea butter, it’s creamy And because it has already been blended/whipped it doesn’t have that greasy feel. Also, it doesn’t have that overly nutty scent, so you can add essential oils to it and my hands still felt moisturized after washing them. This will be my new go to for Shea butter

People who purchase this thinking it will be as soft as petroleum jelly are not understanding the product. This stuff is a good emollient, but it is so thick you can turn it upside down and it will stay in the jar. My purpose in using it is to mix it with baby oil and put it on my face at night. I wanted something that would have good soothing properties. I live in Indiana and our winters are brutal. Without it, my face would become cracked and chapped from the cold. In Africa, the shea butter is sometimes called Women's Gold. It is thick to the point of being hard -- which is what it is supposed to be.

I usually use coconut oil to moisturize; to use this raw shea butter was a new experience that I feel really paid off. Although not as "spreadable" as coconut, I find it to be extremely well hydrating and less "greasy". I really enjoy having found this butter. I like that some users blend the two together which is something I will try. Definitely going to be buying again!

I was afraid when I bought this last year that it would smell bad or not last long. However, there is no strong scent and my jar is still almost completely full even though I use it throughout the day every single day! It's long lasting, moisturized SO WELL and I just feel so soft, so light and beautiful when I use my shea butter. This company and their products are the absolute best. I won't ever use another moisturizer or buy my shea butter from another company! They have me for life!

So when I bought this I was expecting it to be whipped, the fact that it is not is my fault. This is hardened and not so easy to spread. If you're a DIY type person this is great for recipes to make body butters. If not it is rather hard to spread. I plan to whip this up with a few different ingredients to make it a little more pleasant to apply. I am pleased with the product as it is natural shea butter. I myself do not care for the natural scent of shea butter so I plan to add some essential oils to give it more of a scent I desire. Overall worth buying.

I had tried so many sooo many creams, lotions, body butters.. expensive and not expensive ones . When I received it I applied it on my heels not expecting much but this Shea butter had worked a miracle on my bad heels (the dryness and the cracks). And not just from the first application but from the first few minutes of applying it right when it was absorbed into the skin you would see a big different. I'm so happy my heels problem was solved. With the cold weather in Michigan and with the sensitive skin of my kids they had very dry skin especially my little one (3 years old) he has another problem that makes him keep on itching in different spots on his body. The doctor prescribed him a cream with 2% hydrocortisone to use it as needed. And I needed to apply it on my son (the prescribed cream) no less than 2 times a day or more. I use baby Aveeno the unscented for my kids it keeps their skin moisturized for a few hours. I decided to use This shea butter on their body (not on the face) since it's have no other bad ingredients and it's only one natural organic ingredient. And guess what it's kept their skin smooth and soft and moisturized for a week even after bathing them .and with the time using shea butter my 3 years old son is not having itchy spots on his body and instead of applying the cream on him 2 times a day now I use it almost 2 times a week. This shea butter changes the skin I think it's something that's our skin really need it. I just want to let you know that it does have a smell a natural smell not overwhelming I don't mind it but my kids didn't like it at the beginning now they're used to it . And I've been using it for few months now . And I will be purchasing it again. Thank you

I ordered this product for use after surgery to reduce the look and appearance of the surgical scar. This is a wonderful product. I am a little over 3 months out, my surgical scar was 8” long, and now there are sections of the scar that have totally disappeared. It is no longer 1 straight line but looks more like this ___ __ ____ __. I am still using it on my scar. I especially love that it is 100% pure and organic. I was not worried about using this on my scar at all. This container is a larger amount than what I need for my purpose so I will be finding ways to use it with essential oils in the future.

I purchased this shea butter for the purpose of making lotions and balms. I have not used it for that yet, but I already love this shea butter and am glad I chose this one. I love the consistency and texture. On it's own it softened my very dry hands, so I know it will be great in a lotion/cream. I've purchased other brands before, and not only did they not have as good of a texture, but they also had an unpleasant scent, even while being "unscented". This shea butter does not have that. It has a natural, very light, nutty smell. I will absolutely purchase this again.

The consistency of this Shea butter is perfect for my skin and my skin feels so nourished after I apply it. I put it on daily and cannot go out without it. My skin has never felt softer!

This is an amazing product! I had never tried anything like this before, so at first the texture threw me...but I soon realized that if I put a tiny bit on my forehead and rubbed it around, it quickly melted from being a bit firm and gritty , to a lotion or serum type of feel. I then tried the same on each area of my face and smoothed it all in. The real test for me was how my uber sensitive skin would be in the morning. It hasn't bothered it at all! My skin is so dry and sensitive and I am 55 and type1 diabetic....and this has actually in one week erased so many wrinkles and dryer areas on my face, neck and I even use it on my hands. I highly recommend this for anyone who can't seem to moisturize their skin with any other product.

OMG!!! I absolutely love this body lotion!! It smells so nice and it leaves me sleeping nice the whole day. I have used products like this before but they never smelled THIS good. I will buy of the mango moisturizer again!!

My experience with the whipped body butter has been mircaculous! I've scars I've had since childhood become less noticeable. Superb mostuirizer and adhesive for scars/strectch marks.

This is the only product that keeps my skin moisturized for at least 24 hours. I have eczema and even with heavy duty Eucerin or Cerave, I would still wake up ashy. I am very satisfied. I only wish it came in a larger container.

I really like the feel of the butter ... it makes my hands feel so much better. I dealt with bad dry skin for years and spent so much TIME and MONEY on different products for my skin, every last one of them makes my dry skin worse but this product made a HUGE difference! Sometimes shea butter can be so hard it’s impossible to get out of the container. This brand is terrific, easy to scoop out a spread. It is a little greasy and takes a bit to absorb but that is typical of Shea butter! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this!

Accident buy

I pour an entire bottle of bio-oil and rosehip oil into the jar and let it soak into the shea butter. I love how it just soaks up the oils and doesn't affect how the shea butter applies on the skin. I love this product! Will definitely be purchasing more.

This body lotion wasn't quite as potent as the essential oil smell wise, but does a great job for my skin.

This lotion is so GREAT! I hate lotion that leaves you feeling like something is sitting on your hands. This soaked in really nicely and left me feeling very moisturized. I am now using it daily and will be buying again! The lavdender essential oil is also one of my absolute favorites! I need to smell and feel amazing!

This is my favorite purchase on Amazon ever. This product is pure quality. It brightened and evened out my complexion. I also noticed my pregnancy stretch marks are fading. I tried it on my baby’s knees because they turned dark after her crawling phase, and it removed the darkness significantly and evened it back to her natural color. I used to massage her skin ever time I changed her diaper, I was using Aveeno, I tried dove, I tried that other one (forgot the name) and even tried Mustela and none worked on her. They did nothing. I use a little of the shea (because I don’t want her to get heat) but it makes a huge difference within 2 days.

I loved True Blue Spa's Shea Butter lotion but they discontinued it. I have struggled to find something for my rough feet. I don't know what took me so long to try pure Shea butter. This is wonderful. Its quite solid so needs warm up a bit (warms up nicely in your hands). It also has worked great on my hands. It soaks into your skin fairly fast. I put socks on afterwards for a while but then they can come off (I like to be barefoot) and my hands don't stay greasy for long either. I have added this to my auto ship because I think I'll go through it fast (especially with winter coming).

The consistency is lighter and absorbs better than other raw shea butters. Easy to apply. So far a great product. I think it heals faster than others I have tried too. Excellent packaging in glass jar. From what I have read it seems like a very reputable company providing a genuine organic product. This will be my new brand of organic raw shea butter.

My skin loves this stuff. I have used shea butter before but when I read the lotion ingredients, I realized shea was a component along with fragrance and about 14 other things. My skin is very sensitive to soaps and lotions so finding something with one nourishing component was wonderful. Unlike pure coco butter which I found hard to apply, shea warmed in your hand ,softens immediately. It can leave a slight greasy feel to your skin so I rub it in thoroughly. The butter is gentle to my skin and leaves it feeling soft and moisturized.

Great using these exceptional exclusive products. There are other African Shea Butter products which are not as pure or effective. I will reorder and hope others try these wonders of nature.

Amazing! I can’t believe I’m just trying this now. It melts in my hands and heals my hands. I work with my hands and have tried all sorts of moisturizers and even bandaids with neosporen at night and nothing has work as well or as fast as this shea butter!! Two nights of use and my hands look ten years younger and all the dry cracks and splits are healing extremely fast! I’m so happy! Even my nails look healthier.

This product has many uses - BUT - it is the ONLY product you will ever need to heal and/or prevent chapped lips. I use it every night and it has helped heal my chronically chapped lips. None of the harsh chemicals you find in other lip treatment products. Simple and effective. I transferred this product into small lip balm jars and carry it with me everywhere.

This product is amazing! I have been using this product for 6 months and it’s amazing. My hair has grown so much and it’s a lot more healthier than before. A small amount goes a long way. This arrived well packaged and on time. This worked wonders for me! I had been dealing with dry and itchy legs and shoulders for months I was scratching so much I had given myself some scars. I had tried a variety of lotions but never liked they way they felt after applying them.

I love Shea Butter! I use it on everything, cracked skin, very dry skin, itchy skin. It works wonders sometimes. This product smells just like unrefined Shea Butter should smell, which is a good thing. Means it's legit. It's not a "nice" fragrance, but I like it because it's natural and pure. The consistency was perfect. Smooth and easy to get out because it's hot where I live. In the winter, it would probably be a bit grainy and harder, but then I'd just warm it up in my hands.

I have ordered this product several times. I gave it 5 stars for spreadability. Right out of the jar it is very spreadable. However, I mix this with coconut oil, almond oil and castor oil and melt them together. I use a small wax melter that melts wax for eyebrows. Besides a great moisturizer, I have found other uses for this product. It works well on eczema.

My husband developed DRESS Syndrome - a horrible reaction to a medication - and his skin turned bright red and as dry as the Sahara. It would flake and peel non-stop. I would apply this and it would provide relief for hours. I was honestly surprised at how well this worked, considering in what rough shape his skin was in. I have to give this stuff 5 stars.

This shea butter is AMAZING! It nourishes the skin so beautifully. I even rub this butter on my children's skin if they get sunburned, and it works like a charm to soothe the sting and seems to almost reverse the damage. I've also put it on razor burn, and it removes the discomfort and balances the skin. The only downside is that it is very thick and does not spread easily unless warmed or combined with other ingredients. For example, if I add it to homemade products, such as deodorant, it spreads just fine.

Since chemotherapy, I have been making a few items for myself. Soaps, lotions fresh meals etc. I found several homemade lotions online, but with all the comments complaining about how greasy it ends up, I made up my own recipe, with Shea Butter as the main ingredient. VERY happy with the results. Never use store junk again. I used peppermint oil, coconut oil and a little of olive oil. A lot less than what the recipes asked for, and mine is not greasy. Love how it absorbs into my skin naturally, and keeps my skin soft for days. I will always use this product for my body butters.

I love using the natural shea butter for my body. These can get a little hard to spread, especially when it's cooler in the house. You just scrape a little off and put the lotion in the palm of your hands and rub them together until the balm melts and then you can spread it on your skin. Love this because it's pretty much scent free

I am very pleased with this product. It is a great moisturizer and skin repair agent. I am a woman of a particular age and began to see signs of ageing in my neck that I wasn't pleased with. I had begun using cosmetic firming creams to help improve the elasticity of my neck, with little to no improvement. I have been using the Sky Organics unrefined Shea Butter for about a week now, and there is already a marked improvement in my skin health, especially my neck. I was really quite pleasantly surprised at the results. So I would wholeheartedly recommend this product to improve the texture of one's skin, restore elasticity, moisturize skin, hair and cuticles. It's just an all around good product.

I dont have skin issues. But the sanitizers, bleach and alcohol wipes suddenly caused cracks in my hands and skin was erupting. I was looking for natural options. This one worked great. One overnight application gave good difference and within a week hands were soft and almost no marks too. ( I did'nt have deep wounds anyways). Its a natural product, so I wont complain on the scent and it being hard. It is how it is. Just because we are used to synthetic so called pleasant fragrances, the smell and texture of natural shea butter cant be changed. Put it for a few minutes close to the stove top and its ready to apply. If you are looking for an orchard smelling free flowing lotion am sure the market is loaded with all synthetic stuff. Natural shea butter has a earthy smell, not very strong and bad that I cant tolerate it. The box says I can use it for 3 years. Its easy to store in a cabinet and I am sure my family can find varied uses in winter with it. Definitely recommend it.

I started using this as a moisturizer in the mornings after I washed my face. I did not enjoy the feeling of it. It's hard to spread on your face and it left my face looking very oily. I stopped using this product overall because I didnt like looking like I was oily. After a while of having it sitting on my table collecting dust I decided to try it again. Learn what works best for your skin! I now use this as a night moisturizer. The product is hard to spread on the face but a little goes a long way. I tend to put pea sized amount on both my cheeks, forehead, nose, and chin. I let it sit for 30sec before I start rubbing it in. The heat of your face causes it to soften and melt which will make it easier to spread. MASSAGE INTO YOUR FACE. The mistake I did the first round was that once it was applied all over my face I left it there. It works best if you actually massage it into your face. I wake up looking very refreshed and my face feeling soft. Take the time to learn how to use this product to work for your skin.

This brand of Shea butter is AMAZING! I never leave reviews but a company like this deserves it. I just wanted to say that people complain of the smell, listen this is UNREFINED raw Shea butter, this isn't the I smell like heaven I just bought this chemical laden product from Sephora. It's not suppose to smell good. Also people don't know how to use it. Your suppose to use a small amount in your palm until the gritty texture is gone and your palms are left glossy then you apply it to your body. I got this for prevention of pregnancy stretch marks and already my skin looks healthy!

I have tried a lot of different Shea butter’s and I’m pretty sure this is the best. It melts into your skin nicely, feels luxurious, makes wrinkles less obvious and does not have a scent. What more could you ask for?!

I works great on my skin. I noticed my stretch marks lighten up some. But my skin looks amazing. The soap we use at work is harsh on my hands(healthcare worker) but you can’t tell with how soft my hands are. I use this moisturizer after I shower and in the morning before I start my rounds. It is a little hard to melt. But if you work your hands in a lather it will melt like butter in your hands. The smell is very light.

It is very product since it is organic and is loaded with lots of healthy vitamins. I use it and combine it with some essential oils to do homemade face cream and eye cream. It is so beautiful. Only 4 times using it, I can see the difference for my facial skin. It makes my skin radiant, bright and youthful. My fine lines and wrinkles are smooth and less notice. Wonderful and beautiful product!

It's very easy to use. You have to warm some up in your hand before you can put it on your body where you want to. After it's warmed up, it's easy to spread and put on your skin. There's no scent that I can smell.
